International Voice Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process customer requests, escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
• Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring problems and improve overall process efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in an international voice process environment (US Voice Process preferred).
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
• Ability to work on night shifts (rotating schedules) with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
