International Voice Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle international calls from clients across various countries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
• Process customer requests, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in an International Voice Process (IVP) environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective handling of international calls.
• Ability to work on US-based projects with fluency in English language.
