Role Overview
We are looking for customer-focused professionals with excellent communication skills to join our International Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving complaints, managing escalations, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
• Manage complaints, disputes, and escalations within defined SLAs.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling where applicable.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Adapt to process changes and rotational shift requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
International Voice Process / Customer Support experience preferred
Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered
Willingness to work in US/rotational shifts
Candidates must be comfortable working from office in Bellandur, Bangalore
