International Voice Process Executive

We're Hiring For Customer Support (Non Voice)- Leading MNC

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international chat processes with excellent communication skills.
• Provide customer support through email, chat, or other digital channels.
• Process customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in BPO non-voice processes (chat process).
• Strong typing speed with good accuracy.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (as per business requirements).
• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office Suite.
