Shift Timings: Fixed US shifts Starts from 6PM and ends at 5AM any 9 hours shift will be allocated.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves acting as a liaison between insurance companies, law firms, and healthcare providers to facilitate the timely retrieval of medical records. The primary objective is to ensure that all requested medical documents are obtained within the client's specified turnaround time while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact between insurance companies, law firms, hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare providers.
• Make inbound and outbound calls to medical facilities to request and follow up on patient medical records.
• Track and follow up on pending medical reports for discharged patients.
• Navigate medical record systems efficiently to retrieve the required information.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of retrieved medical records while ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions and record retrieval activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of medical records to clients.
• Meet client-defined turnaround times while maintaining high quality standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Graduation (12th/Diploma qualification is mandatory as part of the educational background).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates with less than one year of experience in an International Voice Process, along with any other relevant work experience, are eligible to apply.
