About The Job:

• Retail Voice Support
• Assist employees of clients through calls.
• Provide help regarding employee queries.
  
• Salary offered- 2,80,000 to 3,40,000 LPA (based on submitted proof of tenure)
• Location- Kochi (Kakkanad)

Essential Job Functions:

• Excellent Communication skill- Speaking (CEFR-B2)
• Able to quickly understand issues and requests employees.
• Immediate joiner
• Willing to work in rotational 9hrs shift (8hrs work+1hr break, mostly night shift)
• Rotational week-off
• Level 1 hiring
• Salary offered- 2,80,000 to 3,40,000 LPA (based on submitted proof of tenure)
• Location- Kochi (Kakkanad)

Educational qualification Plus two and above
