International Voice Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers
• Handle international customer queries regarding billing, payment and related issues.
• Resolve customer queries over inbound calls.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate

• 12 months+ experience from International BPO is mandatory!!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Graduation not mandatory.
• Flexible working in rotational shifts / week-offs.
