We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process Healthcare Insurance Claims role in Pune.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Voice Process / Insurance / Healthcare Insurance Claims.
- Experience in Health Insurance Claims / Claims Processing will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in an International Voice Process.
- Candidates should be flexible with shifts as per business requirements.
- The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Insurance Claims / Healthcare Claims / Insurance Voice Process along with excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls related to Health Insurance Claims.
- Resolve customer queries regarding claims, coverage and claim status.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for claim-related issues.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Meet defined quality, productivity and performance targets.
