International Voice Process Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle international customers professionally.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Follow defined processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet individual and team performance targets such as AHT, CSAT, Quality, and Productivity.
• Maintain excellent call handling and communication standards.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good pronunciation, fluency, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
