Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through international voice process
- Provide effective technical support and troubleshooting
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain excellent customer service and professional communication
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant team when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply
- Candidate should have basic technical knowledge / troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills in English are required
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
