International Voice Process Executive

Job Title: Voice Process Associate US Healthcare

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for US healthcare clients.
• Communicate with patients, providers, insurance companies, and healthcare representatives.
• Handle queries related to insurance eligibility, benefits, claims, billing, appointments, etc.
• Verify and update patient/member information accurately.
• Maintain proper documentation of all calls and interactions.
• Follow process SOPs, call scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI and follow HIPAA regulations.
• Resolve queries or escalate issues as per process requirements.
• Meet quality, productivity, AHT, attendance, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Excellent English communication, listening, and interpersonal skills required.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/tools.
• Graduate in any discipline; US healthcare/BPO experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can be considered.
• Comfortable working in US/night shifts.
• Prior experience in US healthcare, medical billing, claims, insurance, or eligibility is an added advantage.
