Position: Technical Support Executive International Voice Process
Location: Gurgaon / Gurugram
Salary: 3.00 LPA 4.50 LPA
Experience: Fresher & Experienced Both Can Apply
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Week Off: Rotational Offs
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through International Voice Process
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain professional communication with international customers
- Ensure high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Freshers & candidates with relevant experience can apply
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Basic Technical/Computer Troubleshooting Knowledge required
- Comfortable working in Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs
