• Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve queries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records using CRM software.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet performance targets.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (US) environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand American English accents.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications like MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work rotational night shifts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
