Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer queries, concerns, and service requests and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Deliver accurate information regarding products, services, and company processes.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems or CRM tools.
• Follow defined processes, quality standards, and company policies during customer interactions.
• Meet individual and team performance targets related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude while interacting with customers.
