Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduation is mandatory.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.

English Communication:

Exceptional English communication skills are mandatory.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent spoken English, fluency, clarity, confidence, and strong conversational abilities.

Communication Standards: Candidates with average English communication skills will not be suitable for this role.

Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in a day shift.
