Job Description:

• Handle day-to-day cashless claim-related activities efficiently.
• Verify and validate information submitted by insured members.
• Manage communication and address queries from customers/providers via email and phone.
• Process and adjudicate claims as per policy terms and conditions.
• Maintain accurate records and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth claim processing.
• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts (international process).

Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with or without experience who are interested in building a career in the healthcare domain are encouraged to apply.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
