Job Description

We are hiring International Voice Process Executives to handle customer interactions with international clients. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and delivering a professional customer experience over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication throughout the interaction.
• Resolve customer queries within defined turnaround times.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Meet individual and team targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with international customers.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
• Only Experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with international BPO/customer-support experience will be an advantage.
