*Key Responsibilities*

Handle customer interactions through Voice support

Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally

Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Document customer interactions accurately

*Eligibility Criteria*

Education:

Graduates / Undergraduate

Experience:

Graduate Fresher

Undergraduates with 6 months of international BPO experience

Excellent English communication skills

Technical aptitude

Customer-centric approach

*Salary Structure*

27k In-hand to 37k In-hand (Depends on your English Communication and your Experience)

*Work Schedule & Benefits*

5 days working

Majorly night shifts (rotational) & 2 week offs

9 hours/day including 1 hour break

Cab facility

No leaves allowed during first 3 months (except weekly offs)

*Note:- Need Excellent (Fluent) Communication in English*
