Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Bangalore
Process: US / International Voice Process
Shift: US / Night Rotational Shifts
Working: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs

WHO CAN APPLY?

Freshers & Experienced Candidates
12th Pass / Graduates
Excellent spoken English
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Candidates with domestic voice experience can also be considered

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer queries through voice calls
Assist customers with orders, deliveries & account-related concerns
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Provide professional and customer-focused support
Maintain customer satisfaction and achieve quality/CSAT targets
Update customer information and interaction details in the system

SALARY & INCENTIVES

Freshers: 21,000 + 4,000 Night Allowance
Experienced: 30% Hike

Performance Incentives: 6,000 12,000
CSAT Incentive: $3 per CSAT
No restriction on the number of CSATs released

2-Way Cab Facility available for eligible night-shift timings.
