Roles and Responsibilities :

Handle international calls from clients across various countries, providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
Process customer requests, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements :

0-5 years of experience in an International BPO or Call Center environment.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken) for effective interaction with international clients.
Good knowledge of Inbound Voice Processing procedures for handling multiple languages (preferably).
Freshers can also apply for this role; however, strong communication skills are essential.
