JOB Title: Process Associate

Job Location: Magarpatta City, Pune 411028

Experience Required: 03 Years

Compensation: 2.5 4.5 LPA

Industry: KPO (US Process)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)

Job Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate appointments between attorneys, doctors, and patients

Manage full-day site scheduling and optimize routes and travel time

Maintain and update patient and case files accurately

Communicate effectively with attorneys, doctors, and internal teams

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally

Educate patients on Med-Legal requirements with patience and clarity

Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and urgent requests efficiently

Use scheduling tools and MS Office to track appointments and data

Ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced US process environment

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Graduates / Undergraduates with strong English proficiency

Computer proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Outlook

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail with basic math and data cross-referencing ability

Willingness to work in a US process (KPO) setup
