Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls from international clients.
• Assist customers with their queries, concerns, and service-related issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professional communication.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, effective solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during every interaction.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Willingness to work on rotational weekly offs.
• Freshers are welcome; international BPO experience is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
