Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: UK / US Shift – Night / Evening
Salary: 3.2 – 6.5 LPA + Incentives + Night Allowance

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international UK/US customers.
• Resolve customer queries related to billing, orders, and services.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and ensure first-call resolution.
• Update customer interactions accurately in CRM tools.
• Meet defined performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and Quality scores.

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent English communication skills – spoken and written.
• Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational offs.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Willingness to work from office in Bengaluru.
