Salary: 3.2 6.5 LPA + Incentives + Night Allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from international (UK/US) customers
• Resolve queries related to billing, orders, or services
• Deliver excellent customer experience and first call resolution
• Update customer interactions in CRM tools
• Achieve targets: CSAT, AHT, Quality scores

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
• Comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs
• Basic computer & typing skills
• Freshers & experienced both can apply
