Shift- Flexible to work in US shift.

Skills Required

1. Must have worked as a international voice customer service role.

2. Should have strong people management & analytical skills.

3. Should have worked in shrinkage management, client management, attrition management, stakeholder management, inbound & outbound calls handling.

4. Excellent communication skills.

5. Familiar with MS office.
