We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of International Voice and Chat Process in our Sales and Technical Support team. This position is ideal for candidates with 1-4 years of experience in customer service or related fields who are eager to contribute to a dynamic team and provide exceptional service to our international clientele.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound voice and chat interactions with customers.
• Provide detailed product information and assist customers with inquiries regarding sales and technical support.
• Resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
• Customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
• Basic technical knowledge related to the products/services being offered.

* 24/7 Rotational Shifts

* 5 Working Days

* Two-way Cab Facility

* Work from Office

* CTC: Up to ₹34,000/month

* Take Home: Up to ₹28,000
