    Process: US / UK Voice Process
    Location: Gurgaon / Delhi
    Work Mode: Work From Home
    Shift: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Off
    Eligibility: Graduates / Under-Graduates / Dropouts can apply

    Candidates with International BPO experience are preferred. Candidates with Non-Voice experience and strong English communication skills may also be considered.

    IMPORTANT – INTERVIEW PROCESS

    The selection process will take place in two stages:

    Stage 1 – Telephonic Screening
    18 September 2026
    11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

    Shortlisted candidates will receive a telephonic screening call during this time.

    Candidates who successfully clear the telephonic screening will be invited for the F2F interview on 19 September 2026.

    Stage 2 – F2F Interview
    19 September 2026
    FIS Global Office, Gurgaon

    Candidates residing in Noida / Ghaziabad may be required to relocate to Gurgaon/Delhi to meet the location requirements.
