About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international buyer inquiries and understand requirements.
- Source reliable global suppliers and negotiate pricing/terms.
- Manage end-to-end export orders from inquiry to delivery.
- Handle export documentation: PI, Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHA.
- Track shipments and resolve documentation/logistics issues.
- Develop new international buyers and suppliers.
- Maintain strong buyer/supplier relationships.
- Conduct market research across FMCG, Pharma, RMPM & Construction sectors.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in International Trade / Import-Export / Export Operations.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and logistics.
- Excellent negotiation and English communication skills.
- Experience in international buyer handling and supplier sourcing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
