International Telesales Executive - UK Outbound Process

Responsibilities : -

• Make outbound calls to new B2B customers in the UK to promote products and services.
• Explain product and service offerings clearly and address customer queries.
• Understand customer requirements, handle objections, and convert prospects into sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective telesales and customer engagement.
• Accurately collect and process customer information and details.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
• Work collaboratively with the team and make consistent efforts to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Desired profile of the candidate : -

• Candidate with 1+ year of experience in international outbound telesales/telemarketing, preferably handling the UK market.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with a clear and confident speaking style.
• Strong sales, negotiation, objection-handling, and customerconversion skills.
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Good understanding of customer requirements with the ability to explain products and services effectively.
• Patient, friendly, confident, and professional while communicating with customers.
• Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively over the phone.
• Comfortable working in a UK shift (1:30 PM10:30 PM).
• Strong customer focus, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Good team player with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
