The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers across Australia, identify their requirements, generate qualified leads and create opportunities for our Australian sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with cold calling and motivated by achieving targets and earning incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers across Australia.
• Introduce Evolve Energy Australia's products and services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer requirements and qualify potential sales opportunities.
• Build rapport quickly and engage customers in meaningful conversations.
• Handle objections confidently and effectively.
• Generate qualified leads and appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers and nurture prospects when required.
• Maintain accurate customer details, notes and call outcomes in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Follow approved scripts, processes, quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the Australian sales team for effective lead handover and follow-up.

What We're Looking For

• Previous international calling / international BPO / tele-sales experience is a MUST.
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation or outbound sales.
• Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with Australian customers.
• Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven attitude with a strong desire to achieve results.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, diallers and basic computer applications.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working Australian business hours.
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, utilities, telecom, insurance or similar outbound campaigns will be highly regarded.
