Job Description
- Develop and implement global recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technical talent
- Ability to manage 360-degree recruitment process
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and referrals to source highly qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure hiring practices comply with local employment laws in different countries.
- Optimizing recruitment strategies based on hiring performance.
- Work closely with hiring and technical teams to understand role requirements and ensure seamless hiring processes.
- Enhance employer brand visibility by engaging in recruitment initiatives.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably with global hiring experience in managed IT services
- Expertise in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals and social media platforms
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies across different countries and time zones.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multinational environments.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
