Key Responsibilities

Faculty will be responsible for undergraduate/postgraduate teaching, laboratory instruction, student assessment and academic advising. They may supervise student projects, dissertations and research activities and contribute to curriculum development and programme reviews.

Candidates are also expected to participate in research, publications, conferences, accreditation and other departmental/university activities. Senior faculty may be expected to supervise postgraduate/doctoral research, lead academic programmes, support laboratories/research centres and undertake departmental leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical or ECE Engineering or relevant specialization.

PhD preferred/required for Associate Professor/Professor and research-intensive positions.

Relevant teaching/research experience in a recognized higher education institution.

Strong theoretical and practical knowledge within the specialization.

Experience with relevant laboratories, engineering software and contemporary industry practices is advantageous.

Research publications, funded projects, patents, industry collaboration and PhD supervision are advantageous for senior positionsRole & responsibilities
