JOB SUMMARY

Wissen Technology is hiring a Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for global hiring requirements during US hours. This role focuses on managing product engineering and business hiring demands, partnering with stakeholders, building talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across high-volume and niche recruitment mandates.

EXPERIENCE, LOCATION, MODE OF WORK

Experience: 3-8 years  
Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune  
Mode of Work: Remote

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• End-to-end Talent Acquisition (3+ years managing full recruitment lifecycle)
  

• Global hiring experience for US/UK/international markets
  

• LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing for technical and non-technical talent
  

• Naukri, job boards, referrals, and social media sourcing strategies
  

• Stakeholder management and hiring manager engagement
  

• Competency-based candidate screening and interviewing
  

• ATS and recruitment systems management
  

• Night Shift / US Hours recruitment operations
  

Optional Skills (Good to Have)

• Recruitment analytics and hiring dashboards
  

• Process optimization and TA transformation initiatives
  

• Mentoring junior recruiters and recruitment project leadership
  

• Experience with Outlook, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
  

• Offer negotiation and compensation benchmarking
  

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  

• Leadership: Experience mentoring recruiters or leading recruitment initiatives
  

• Ownership: Ability to independently drive end-to-end hiring mandates
  

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  

• Relationship Management: Excellent influencing and stakeholder engagement abilities
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding
  

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring strategies
  

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and networking channels
  

• Conduct detailed screening and behavioral interviews
  

• Coordinate interviews across global time zones and panels
  

• Provide hiring updates, market intelligence, and recruitment metrics
  

• Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth joining process
  

• Maintain ATS records and build talent pipelines for future needs
