Work Schedule & Benefits (Applicable to All Roles)

• Shift Timing: US Canada Shift (Night Shift aligned to North American time zones)
• Working Hours: 10 hours per shift (9 Hrs working 1 hr break)
• Work Mode: 100% Work from Office 5 Days
• Transportation: Company-provided pick-up and drop facility (for night shifts)

Role Summary

Entry-level/ Experienced sales role responsible for outbound calling to Canadian customers, pitching telecom products/services, and driving conversions from provided leads.

Candidates have International BPO Call center experience may apply.

ONLY INTERNATIONAL EXP IS REQUIRED. DOMESTIC EXP IS NOT APPLICABLE

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to Canada-based customers using assigned leads
• Pitch telecom products (plans, upgrades, bundles, etc.)
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable offerings
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (call outcomes, conversions, follow-ups)
• Handle objections and rejections professionally
• Follow defined scripts, compliance, and call quality standards
• Ensure adherence to shift timings

Required Skills

• Neutral/clear English accent (international process readiness)
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Sales Experience / BPO Call Center and willingness to learn
• Confidence in handling rejection
• Strong listening skills and customer empathy

Eligibility

• Freshers TO 10+ years of experience (BPO/sales preferred)
