Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented International Sales Executive to handle leads and convert them into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience dealing with international clients, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and follow up with potential international clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, client interactions, and sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Handle client queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, tele-sales, or international sales.
• Previous experience handling international clients is mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good persuasion, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
• Proven experience in meeting sales targets.
• Comfortable working in a US night shift.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated approach.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
