Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for Elchemy's products & services for the gloabl market focusing on the Personal Care and Home Care  Industry.
• Strive to achieve the revenue targets, work with cross-functional teams to deliver and execute sales and market strategy in line with global directives for Chemical Sales
• Negotiate long-term contract and develop key accounts
• Manage existing customers, handle key accounts and explore to upsell opportunities 
• Ensure customer satisfaction by being process oriented, with operational efficiency and excellent communication skills

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in sales/business development of Personal Care and Home Care raw material along with extensive industry exposure and a strong network within the Chemical sector.
• Experience of International Sales in the Global Markets
• Should have an excellent verbal communication & presentation skills 
• Should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
