International Sales Specialist( 9pm to 6am ) - HSR layout - 6 days Working ( Monday Off )

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Sales Specialist role based in Bengaluru South (HSR Layout), working 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, six days a week with Monday as the weekly off. The International Sales Specialist will manage end-to-end international sales activities, including engaging prospective learners and parents, explaining Codeyoung's programs, and converting leads into enrollments across global markets. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails and messages, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, gathering feedback from international clients, coordinating with internal teams to improve offerings, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment journey.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong International Sales and International Business skills, with experience in selling services or education programs to global markets.
• Candidates should possess clear and confident Communication skills, including excellent spoken and written English suitable for international clients.
• Candidates should possess International Trade awareness and familiarity with global customer expectations in the education or services sector.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field are beneficial.
• Comfort working night shifts (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), strong target orientation, proficiency with CRM and productivity tools, and prior experience in edtech or international telesales are advantageous.
