o Act As a Bridge Between Clients and Internal Departments for Seamless Communication
o Manage Pre-sales Activities: Requirement Gathering, Product Introductions, Sampling, And Onboarding
o Understand Client Needs and Coordinate with Internal Teams for Tailored Solutions
o Maintain Accurate CRM Records and Ensure Timely Follow-ups
