* 5+ years of UAE experience

* Strong UAE/GCC Channel Partner & Broker network

* Proven experience selling Indian properties to NRI clients

* Experience with a real estate developer preferred

* Strong understanding of Indian RE markets – Mumbai, Gurgaon/NCR & Bangalore

* Willingness to travel across UAE & GCC

* Independent, self-driven & strong at stakeholder management
