International Sales Manager

• Identify and develop new international markets for cosmetic and personal care products.
• Generate new business opportunities through market research, online platforms, exhibitions, references, and direct outreach.
• Identify, approach, and onboard international distributors, importers, wholesalers, retailers, and private-label clients.
• Manage existing international customers and develop long-term business relationships.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and commercial agreements.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual international sales targets.
• Coordinate with customers regarding product requirements, samples, packaging, artwork, certifications, and product documentation.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, samples, purchase orders, and shipments.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Production, Quality, Regulatory, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Attend and represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, buyer-seller meets, and business meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales pipelines, and export orders.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Explore opportunities for private label, OEM/ODM, contract manufacturing, and brand distribution where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with applicable export procedures and customer-specific regulatory requirements.
