International Sales Manager

Job Description

• To coordinate and take accountability for the entire costing & tendering process across North America region [Product includes conventional conductor, HTLS, OPGW, Guy Wire]
• Analyse Tender/Contract bid requirements & assess risks,
• Develop pricing responses
• Create and maintain an on-going comprehensive bidding data/document repository for future use
• Effectively engage and coordinate with internal stakeholder including Finance, Design teams, Plant Operations, Logistics etc to service the Orders in hand.
• Management MIS & weekly Client update calls
• Lead Customer Plant Audits & Approvals
• Market Research and Development activity for North America market.
• Proven experience in managing the tender process from start to finish.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all tender/bid documents meet quality and compliance standards. Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, adhere to deadlines, and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear, compelling, and persuasive tender documents
• Understanding of Financial concepts.
• Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements for tender submissions
