International Sales Executive

This role would be part of the B2C sales function for our International Business Groups (US Market). He/she would drive new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, operations, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.
• Preparing a short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals.
• Consistently achieving revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
• Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers.
• Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.
• Understanding the customer requirements and passing on the insights towards product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback.
• Key Account Management.
• New account development.
• Operations and Reporting.
• Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Open to work between 6.30 pm and 4.30 am (night shift).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Neutral Accent for Interacting with the Global Customer Base.
• Work From Office (Location: Bangalore - HSR Layout).
