Job Description:
Virgin Media is looking for a Customer Support Associate to manage recruitment-related queries via calls, emails, and chats. The role involves supporting candidates, navigating users through the self-service portal, logging interactions, and ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats
• Support recruitment processes (freshers, rehires)
• Guide users on the self-service portal
• Perform security checks per GDPR guidelines
• Maintain high quality and productivity standards

Requirements:

• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Basic technical aptitude
• Prior BPO experience preferred

This is for Contract to hire roll; where working company would be Accenture but payroll company will be Teamlease Services Limited
