Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives/Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, driving sales through outbound calling, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products/services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to closure.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare daily sales reports and activity updates.
