Role Responsibilities:

- Manage outbound sales calls to customers in Canada.

- Promote telecommunications plans, upgrades, and retention offers.

- Meet sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.

- Ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Required Skills:

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Prior experience in international voice processes or sales.

- Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.

- Availability for night shifts and comfort working toward sales targets.
