Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international voice calls.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, and account-related queries.
• Resolve customer concerns as per process guidelines.
• Provide professional and customer-focused support.
• Maintain accurate customer information and interaction details.
• Follow process standards and ensure a positive customer experience.

Salary & Incentives

Sal upto 40k in hand and unlimited Incentives
Additional CSAT Incentive: $3 per CSAT

Cab Facility

2-Way Cab Available for shifts between 7 PM and 7 AM
