Key Responsibilities & Daily Workflow

Client Engagement: Connect with high-intent warm prospects across the UAE/Gulf region via inbound

queues and CRM call triggers.

Needs Assessment: Evaluate client requirements across Health, Life, or Motor Insurance lines and customize policy recommendations.

Product Pitching & Comparison: Educate customers on premium benefits, coverage exclusions,

deductible tiers, and policy terms from leading international insurers.

Objection Handling & Closure: Address client inquiries with clarity, facilitate payment completion, and finalize documentation.

CRM & Compliance Management: Maintain meticulous records of interaction histories, follow-ups, and sales funnels within the enterprise CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Experienced Undergraduate in any discipline.

Experience: Freshers with strong sales acumen OR professionals with 0.5 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, BPO, or Customer Advisory.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; ability to articulate

complex policy details clearly to Gulf-based expats and professionals.

Sales Orientation: High energy, target-oriented mindset with active listening and persuasive negotiation

capabilities.

Tech Savviness: Basic proficiency in MS Office, web browsers, and modern CRM applications.
