Role: International Sales Coordinator

Key Competencies:

Bachelor's degree and or relevant 10-15yrs of experience.

Candidate should be fluent in English.

Should have good written and verbal communication skills.

Should be hard working and should have a positive attitude, capable of multi- tasking.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Business Co-ordination
• Understand customers queries,
• Receiving and handling e-mails,
• Need to follow up with suppliers through emails & provide excellent service to customers.
• Co-ordinating with various departments,
• Communicating and following-up on relevant matters.
• Drafting e-mails/self-correspondences, documents of various natures
• Maintaining databases and records of important and confidential files (wide usage of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook, etc.) • Reporting to Directors on Pending matters, discussing and implementing the instructions given by them etc.
