About this role
About the role:
UCaaS Communication is a telecom company (CPaaS, SMS, Voice, UCaaS/CCaaS) hiring across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia and beyond. We need a recruiter who loves being on the phone - someone who finds strong candidates around the world, calls them, gets them interested, and moves them through to an offer.
Role & responsibilities:
- Make 60-80 calls a day to potential candidates in India and internationally
- Source profiles from Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards and referrals
- Screen candidates on calls: experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period, location and willingness to relocate
- Hire mainly for sales roles (CPaaS, A2P SMS, telecom, SaaS) and some technical roles
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates until joining
- Keep a clean tracker (Excel / Google Sheets) of every candidate and call
- Build a pipeline of candidates for future roles
Preferred candidate profile:
- 1-3 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a calling role (BPO, inside sales, telecalling)
- Excellent spoken English and confident on the phone with people from different countries
- Comfortable calling across time zones (Middle East, Africa, Europe)
- Organized, persistent with follow-ups, good with Excel or Google Sheets
- Bonus: experience hiring for telecom, SaaS or sales roles; Arabic, French or another language
