International Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for international clients and overseas positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and international hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates regarding job requirements, salary expectations, and interview schedules.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily MIS reports.
• Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely feedback and successful closures.
• Achieve recruitment targets and meet client hiring deadlines.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate documentation and joining formalities as required.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of international recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work with targets and manage multiple requirements.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 - 4 years of experience in recruitment or international hiring.
• Experience hiring for international markets such as the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or other regions will be an advantage.
• Candidates with strong sourcing and communication skills are preferred.
